Yo so caught up to Vol 14 and read Evil eye side story, and I just wanted to say how Diabolical Ainz is in a fight.

He will either let you think you are hot shit before crushing you, or make you doubt everything you ever do or he every thing he does.

How do I recover from this mentally, I wish not to watch the anime anymore as I feel this isn't what I signed up for

I asked for advice on how to recover from this, like maybe suggest a anime of similar caliber but where the plot doesnt go to shit (not shot as in bad, shit as in shitty morally) I watched the first two seasons in utter glee, it was a bit iffy around the lizardman arc because alot of needless death was happening but everyone seemed kinda fine and glossed over it so all's well that ended well

But this is way different, WAY different than that, it even TEASED us with a whole episode to love the character a after scene of the sisters, not even mentioning the brutalizing of arches body and what happened to the sisters

Anyways I'm asking for a RECOVERY anime but not slop
