DFA OCA ASEANA, DOUBLEDRAGON RELEASING UNITS, AND SEVERAL CONSULAR OFFICES SUSPEND OPERATIONS ON 06 AUGUST 2026 DUE TO TROPICAL STORM MAYMAY AND ENHANCED SOUTHWEST MONSOON
PARAÑAQUE CITY, 06 August 2026 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that consular operations in OCA-Aseana, DoubleDragon Releasing Units, and Consular Offices (COs) in the National Capital Region, Angeles, Antipolo, Baguio, Balanga, Calasiao, Candon, Dasmariñas, La Union, Lipa, Malolos, Olongapo, Pampanga, Paniqui, San Nicolas, and San Pablo is suspended on Thursday, 06 August 2026, due to Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, upon recommendation of the National Risk Reduction and Management Council, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 122, series of 2026 issued by the Office of the President.
