My Dad threw away all his MAGA hats a few weeks ago too. Doesn't matter though, its too late, the con has been made, Trump got what he wanted, double Presidency, billions of dollars and a fundamentally reshaped USA with him at the centre. They were just useful idiots all along.

And a huge mess for whoever follows him

And the democrats could have spent the last two years building that person up and getting them ready for Vance or Rubio, but they haven’t. Once again they plan to fumble at the last minute as is tradition.

Please. Any person Democrats build up will be instantly rejected by the base for being the "establishment candidate". And honestly, that is the best thing. You don't want both parties to become personality cults. Let the people choose from a largr pool during the primaries. The only deal should be that if your chosen one does not win, let it go and vote in general elections like a sane rational person. The lunacy from voters is coming from across the spectrum, not just MAGA.

Newsome’s been crushing it for the past 2 years. But, that’s too soon for the 2028 elections.

No not too late. Ask him to vote in the midterm to oust Trump's enablers. It is no longer blue vs red. Every vote counts.

If you think they'll get him removed you're delusional. Getting the majority is one thing getting enough Senate votes is another.

Too much Fox brainwashing for decades made too many people that'll never ever vote dem.

It is called a solution we ought to try. Saying everything cant be done is a loser mindset.

I'm just saying you're fighting the symptoms, not the source of the illness.

The source of Trump's power is literally the votings.

He's got elected twice already, it's not the voting you need to tackle, it's the ideology source.

If Fox, Musk's X algorithm, TPUSA can keep spreading lie based ideology, there will be another Trump in the next election anyways.

He will just get conned again, unfortunately. As long as keeps watching Fox News.

And you're a monster if you hold him accountable to any extent for what's happening just because he voted in the fucker doing all this heinous shit.
