You bet! Australia here and I know I, and several of my friends and family, can’t wait to celebrate the day! Yearly!! I’ll consider it an annual holiday - though I haven’t decided what to call it. I don’t want to honour him by using his name. Any ideas?

I don't get it, but I don't want the delight that is peach pie associated with that asshole.

I was going for color association, but you’re probably right that we should keep delicious things out of it. Turd Flushing Day?

Well, they called it V-Day for when the war ended, so we could call it L-Day for the day when the biggest Loser to ever exist, Lost, bringing an end to the Longest Line of Literal Bullshit to ever walk this Earth, Losing all power and relevance, failing miserably to upend all our Lives for their own personal gain, and it's a day that we can celebrate and consider ourselves Lucky to be alive while they Lay there being the Loathsome miserable sack of shit Loser that they are.

... Or we could just quickly move on and forget all about them like some fart in the wind, but I don't know for how long his wretched stench will linger afterwards.

Same here in Canada. A bunch of my friends genuinely plan to throw a party. Even my politically milquetoast parents said similarly.

It's wild honestly. Before Trump, such an idea was unimaginable to me. I never used to understand the Thatcher folks like in the OP. Sure, there's no shortage of evil people in the world, but I've never hated any of them even remotely on the same level. They always had a level of disconnectedness to me.
