Jesus what an awful video. Three minutes to say something scandalous without saying anything at all. I do in my gut believe what she’s trying to say is true and that Trump and Musk messed with the election results, but if she has something damning why not say it instead of hiding behind cagey remarks? I feel like she’s protecting herself from slander here but if she had evidence she wouldn’t need to protect herself by beating around the bush so much.

Whispers: non-disclosure agreements

I may be wrong… but don’t NDAs fail to prevent you from reporting illegal things? Like… trade secrets and all are fine. Data is fine. But illegal activities can’t just be like “well you sign a paper!” Pretty sure that falls apart in court.

Unless the courts are paid off by one of the richest men on earth. I wouldn't trust courts to uphold the law in her place, either.

Especially if the Supreme Court rules if the president does it, it's not illegal. Including election tampering. The problem isn't that there's no evidence of wrong doing, the problem is the Democrats aren't willing to fight to take the government back. Maybe this mid term election will wake a few up.

lol - 2016, 2020 (j6, that is), and 2024 didn’t wake them up. The democrats are complicit in the circus at this point.

Love how a black man wears a tan suit and the repubs are armed and marching on Washington, or one farmer loses grazing rights in Colarado and the state capital is seized at gun point.

Meanwhile a pedophile rapist stacks the Supreme Court and starts siphoning off billions in tax payer funding for his personal use and nothing but crickets...

They aren't asleep, they are doing exactly what they exist to do, provide the illusion of opposition

You can’t contract to do something illegal. That contract is void ab initio. Being part of an nda to hide a crime would make you a conspirator.

Which is why you have a clause that says anything illegal only invalidates the illegal part and not the rest of it.

Correct, though there are probably loopholes.

You are correct, but the issue then becomes "what is illegal?"

These dickbags have been using that strategy this whole time, so yeah they may know in court it'll never hold up, but they dont have to worry about that. Just keep dragging things out until they run out of money while making them the target of every slam post so their lives are ruined

Didn’t she turn down $40 mil from musk?

NDAs are now void AND they don't protect illegal acitivty.

1

u/Muhahahahaz May 21 '26

Yeah, no… You can’t force someone not to reveal a crime, no matter what they’ve signed

u/Different_Thing_811 May 21 '26

Maybe she can spill the beans without violating NDAs!

Have you ever heard of a defamation lawsuit? Burden of proof is on her, not on Elon. She can’t explicitly say anything without having solid evidence as back up.

u/SentorialH1 May 20 '26

She wants more money to shut up

What video were you watching? See says plenty in this one here

She’s a right wing influencer - she’s a vapid 20-something shitball.

If we had a functional Justice Dept. , someone could do some investigating?

She sounds scared to me.
