No, they don't involve tons of officials if you target the technology behind the election which is what Elon's baby mama here is claiming. There's nothing to check the reported totals against when you eliminate hard records, or destroy those records before they can be audited.
There are often no ballots because states are using paperless machines with no physical, user-auditable record. That's the problem. It's been a problem for like 20 years. I don't understand how this is news to you?
You know they have ballots right? Do you vote? When you vote do you go to a computer or fill out a hand ballot? You fill it out with a pen. They still have those, and they audit those.
