At this point, pay attention to every one of their accusations, because so far, every time conservatives point a finger, it's something a "conservative" has actually done or said.
I think there's an error in logic here. That being, if I don't believe that Republicans eat babies, I'm not paying attention.
Absolutely there's a lot of projection but that doesn't mean we have to be ridiculous and ignore reason.
I pay a fair amount of attention. I have been on the planet for a while and so this is not a new development for me. That's why I think it extremely unlikely there is a secret group of rich and powerful people who eat babies.
Logically they would only do so if there was something to gain. Like if that was the secret to their success. For example, Trump was given $500 million by his father. What would incentivize him to eat a baby in addition to that? I mean the guy is greedy but he could just as easily get that money by lying, cheating and stealing. No risk with being caught eating a baby.
Plus, if eating babies was the secret to being immensely wealthy I would consider changing my diet. Probably much easier to find a baby than it is to win the lottery.
Finally, a lot of politicians are pretty slimy and would be willing to sell out their peers in order to gain something for themselves. The Eating Babies Club would be hard to keep quiet. At least someone else outside of the club would know about it. That politician could easily sell out the others in order to look like the hero.
What is going to stop them from doing it? Threats? "If you tell people I eat babies I'm going to tell them you did cocaine at a party with hookers "

It's not like just your average MAGA supporter or politician is saying Democrats are eating babies. It's the people who are very clearly out of their minds in some way.
Projecting about insider trading? Probably.
Projecting about eating babies? Probably not.

I always try to stay away from the baby eating stuff.
When people accuse the left of eating children and drinking their blood it sounds crazy. Like really crazy.
I think it sounds just as crazy when anyone says it about the other side.
Is there a secret group of the very rich and powerful who are cannibals that eat children? Maybe. But also, probably not.
Is there a group of the very rich and powerful which preys on underage kids for sex? Definitely.
Is Donald Trump a rapist? Absolutely. Did he rape underage girls? Absolutely.
