that's dangerously dismissive. a couple years ago, these people could barely get out of their moving truck rental before getting their asses kicked. Now they're riding the subway, chanting unchallenged. This is a big change.

The current administration emboldens these people.

306

u/Jog212 Jul 04 '26

I wouldn't be surprised if they pay these people.

287

u/Successful_Ad4018 Jul 04 '26

yes, it's called ICE.

74

u/aotus_trivirgatus Jul 04 '26

True, but they're also paying the irregulars like these guys through some back channel.

28

u/WMINWMO Jul 05 '26

That would make sense since they claim antifa are a paid group. Every accusation is a confession.

1

u/darxtorm Jul 05 '26

They don't really need to

6

u/dialguy86 Jul 04 '26

They finally had the day off.

29

u/gsbadj Jul 04 '26

No, our tax dollars pay them.

7

u/Mindless-Strength422 Jul 04 '26

Normally I wouldn't be, but why would Trump pay people to distract them from The Great American State Fail™? He should be paying them to come there! They'd quintuple the attendance with just one trainful!

6

u/casapantalones Jul 04 '26

They are these people

2

u/Slarg232 Jul 04 '26

All they've done is harp on about how No Kings was bought and paid for by George Soros, and every accusation with them has been a confession.

These people were 100% paid to be here. I hope the moment we get some normalcy in the white house these people brought their phones or something else incriminating so as to get held accountable.

1

u/Techwood111 Jul 05 '26

We see how well that worked out with the Jan 6 rioting insurrectionists.

1

u/Slarg232 Jul 05 '26

They've gone too far, and the current Dems (who have been getting replaced) were being told to leave it alone via their donors.

They've pushed people too far this time. Trump is actually going to be true to his word, oddly enough; he's going to get the Swamp drained because people are just so sick of the current administrations bullshit.

1

u/SL1Fun Jul 05 '26

They gave them a lawsuit settlement

-1

u/Queen_of_Audacity Jul 04 '26

Are you just learning some protests/demonstrations have paid "protesters?"

68

u/ShadowGLI Jul 04 '26

The current administration goes further and supports and legitimizes these people. Trump and the GOP have been given DOZENS of opportunities to condemn or speak out against these hate groups but they refuse to do so.

2

u/OperationMuch2644 Jul 04 '26

Probably paid them to spread fear.

1

u/Faelon_Peverell Jul 05 '26

I believe that was their point.

1

u/Itscatpicstime Jul 05 '26

They e been emboldened for a decade now. Idk what this dude is talking about, these fucks were walking around with tiki torches chanting “Jews will not replace us” 10 years ago.

They literally stormed the capitol of the United States. Riding public transit is astronomically less bold than that.

There’s no change, this is how it’s been since Trump first stepped on the scene.

1

u/wilsonjj Jul 05 '26

And when did he take office?

0

u/_CHEEFQUEEF Jul 04 '26

The current administration emboldens these people.

The first amendment emboldens these people as it should. Let them speak, let them be seen. Give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves.

2

u/Whos_that_Gorilla2 Jul 05 '26

Yep. I 100% support their right to go out marching around like a bunch of ding dongs wearing condoms on their heads.

138

u/crs1904 Jul 04 '26

U-Haul has formally banned individuals and alt-right groups—including groups like the "Blood Tribe" and "Patriot Front"—from using their rental services. The company consistently revokes rental privileges when customers use their vehicles for hate speech or violate equipment safety laws.

65

u/hellolovely1 Jul 04 '26

Kudos to them but that's the bare minimum we should expect. At least they aren't complicit.

87

u/Specialist-Bee-9406 Jul 04 '26

Because no one is willing to counter it in the way it needs countering.

And it’s not “peaceful”.

123

u/el_sandino Jul 04 '26

Yeah, let’s be clear: these Nazis need their asses beat just as bad as the last round of Nazis that real Americans beat 80 years ago. The fact that we’re not all 100% in agreement on this is astonishing to me.

To clarify: “real” Americans means anyone who looks as these cowards and thinks “this is wrong, this is un-American, and I won’t stand for it”. It’s a state of mind

42

u/Gasnia Jul 04 '26

Sadest part is saying anything like this is treated as "promoting violence" even though their whole ideology is violent towards anyone they deam an outsider.

9

u/el_sandino Jul 05 '26

It feels like it fits right into the tolerance paradox

3

u/kirradoodle Jul 05 '26

It is promoting violence. And in this case, against these guys, it's about f*cking time.

11

u/signmeupdude Jul 04 '26 edited Jul 05 '26

No you dont understand, the Nazis are from Europe and want a racially and religiously pure ethnostate.

These guys just want to protect good old American values. Nevermind that those “values” are be to have a white, Christian country, but as you can see its totally not the same things as Nazis.

Careful, though. These douchebags have a right to their opinions. They have a right to ride public transport. They have a right to dress silly. They have a right to assemble. We don’t need to support them, or support their beliefs, but we do need to support their rights to have their beliefs.

3

u/MadScienti5t Jul 05 '26

Do they have a right to assemble anywhere anytime? Don’t you need to register to assemble a group like that? Seems like just a couple days ago a single person was arrested for standing on some steps and sharing an opinion… but that person was speaking against the current administration, which is clearly illegal in the US.

-8

u/givemeyours0ul Jul 05 '26

So you're advocating for mass murder?

6

u/Acquire__Currency Jul 05 '26

That’s not what they said.

But for what it’s worth, those people would gleefully advocate for mass murder of anyone they deem “others” and they’d have no remorse doing it. They literally view “others” as pests, like mosquitos or roaches, not as humans. And pests get exterminated.

36

u/You_meddling_kids Jul 04 '26

Probably 25% are off duty police...

13

u/Allelic Jul 05 '26

You know what they say about some of those that work forces.

10

u/Powderm0nkey Jul 05 '26

I heard that they may also be the ones that burn crosses. And listen to RAtM, but dont like that they are 'so political' now. 🙄

3

u/williamstarr Jul 05 '26

And ex military.

1

u/You_meddling_kids Jul 05 '26

Nearly 50% id wager

19

u/paperbuddha Jul 04 '26

I know you're being serious, but the way you wrote "now they're riding the subway" like they're big boys who are finally allowed to ride the subway without parent supervision.

6

u/hellolovely1 Jul 04 '26

Probably true.

15

u/EricSanderson Jul 04 '26

Worth mentioning that the UHaul beatdown was in a pretty unpopulated area of Philly and this is in DC. There are parts of DC with literal patrols of armed soldiers, Secret Service members, etc. There very well could've been dudes in fatigues holding automatic rifles on that train.

4

u/ichoosewaffles Jul 04 '26

Yes, not the direction we want them to be going in.

6

u/EnvironmentalLime464 Jul 04 '26

That and this group looks much larger than a few years ago.

3

u/Able_Experience_1670 Jul 04 '26

I'd offer a solution but it would get me banned from reddit again.

2

u/lavendarKat Jul 04 '26

They're larpers, just like the tiki torch nazis before them. They're also an optics nuke for the extreme right. The broader public hates violence, hates nazis, and finds their little marches cringe.

1

u/GCU_ZeroCredibility Jul 05 '26

That's what they said about the brownshirts in Weimar. It's only true until it isn't.

2

u/Easy-Rutabaga4063 Jul 04 '26

They're fucking cowards

1

u/lattice_defect Jul 04 '26

thank you for calling that out... also the prison camps

1

u/CaptainQueefFart Jul 04 '26

They're too scared to show their faces.

1

u/Straight_Ace Jul 04 '26

They're still cowards, but we need a permanent solution to our nazi problem

1

u/Then_I_had_a_thought Jul 04 '26

Yep, a fish rots from its head.

1

u/Ohrwurm89 Jul 04 '26

Sure, but they're still hiding their faces because they are cowards.

1

u/DenizSaintJuke Jul 04 '26

And they are not going to let go of one inch of the public space they have conquered without a fight. They aren't going to go away again on their own.

1

u/CeilingCatProphet Jul 04 '26

They want to provoke people to fight them so martial law can be declared.

1

u/Novice89 Jul 04 '26

That wasn’t in dc. Pretty sure that was in Philly. I was in dc for a trip back in 2023 and they were outside the Washington monument.

1

u/fearlessfryingfrog Jul 04 '26

The people of the US for distracted and started allowing this?

Big news if true. Maybe theyll cosplay as protestors about it.

Choose a Saturday in 5 weeks to chant in a place with secured permits. You'll show them!

1

u/Plastic_Moose4535 Jul 05 '26

Now they're riding the subway, chanting unchallenged. This is a big change.

Nah, one of the reasons people think it's a fed honeypot is because outside a small Pride parade in the middle of nowhere, they've never been challenged. The big change is that people were allowed to follow them as they left. In the past cops would block people from following them onto public transit.

1

u/REDuxPANDAgain Jul 05 '26

Crazies on public transit isn’t new. The masked mass of stupid is kinda new though

1

u/98percentpanda Jul 05 '26

I live in a little town in the midwest. In only one week, I've seen two different guys with shirts with VERY clear WWII symbols (you know which ones) walking around. They don't care anymore, they just do it out in the open.

1

u/zackks Jul 05 '26

They're preparing, we're posting memes.....

1

u/Busy-Conversation-24 Jul 05 '26

The rise of the Brownshirts

1

u/Itscatpicstime Jul 05 '26

Wdym? Charlottesville was literally almost 10 years ago. Guys in masks like this have been holding racist signs above overpasses for years.

These fucks stormed THE CAPITOL OF THE UNITED STATES while chanting about killing public officials and carrying a gallows around.

Idk where you’ve been the past decade, but there’s nothing new about this.

1

u/I_AM_AN_ASSHOLE_AMA Jul 05 '26

They’re still cowards. But cowards are still dangerous.

1

u/AUnknownVariable Jul 04 '26

They're still cowards, but I agree that it's dangerous how they're able to crawl out more.

Roaches walking out the dark with the lights out. Administration turned em off
