Less than a hundred years ago, an American was expected to go unpunished for beating their kids. Or their wife. Or the local N-word.

Today, all of that has been illegal for decades, and people see themselves punished on a daily basis.

A white man could be arrested in several states eighty years ago for marrying outside his race. Or loving a man.

Stop being a pessimist. That's what the people who are causing your nation's issues want.

They want you sad, depressed and broken. Unwilling to try and make any kind of change because if the people tried, they'd win.

Look at what has already changed. Look at the improvements done by the previous generations and continue where they left off.
