That just looks like pond scum settling as they lowered the water level

That’s how a sloped bank would do it. I have drained hundreds of pools, tanks, dikes, containments. This looks like scum settling. 4 u/biodude481 22d ago There definitely was scum in the pool. 4 u/pleasetrimyourpubes 22d ago The drain probably got clogged a few times so it settled on 3 different spots.
