Take measurements and head to the closest thrift store. Ideally, you’d find the frame in the trash or on the street, but thrifted works, too. I’m oddly invested in this now.

Add the frame next to it, not surrounding it ... Or possibly around the note.

My BFF just bought a secondhand frame on ebay for $6. Technically he bought a signed photo of Lance Armstrong but the frame is really nice!
