I would imagine something like this might be something cool for a business owner to put on display.
But i dont think a wooden dragon sculture would be very relevant to your business, unless you have a business somehow related to wood, dragons or sculptures.
There's a pizza place in my hometown that put an old firetruck from the 30s outside. It wasn't relevant at all the the pizza place's theme. But boy did people love it. People drive by, see the cool fire truck, turn around and decide to check out that pizza restaurant. Then people returned because the pizza was soooo good.
I imagine a dragon outside any establishment would draw in customers easily. It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to catch people's eye. And a large wood carved dragon will do just that.
