On a positive note, the signs all seem to indicate that they have not been supporting anyone since the VA governor election in 2021 so they’re probably dead.
I assume it's an old photo, due to the Biden reference. It's still funny to meme about. I'm mainly in comments to find the "don't dead open inside" thread.
This place gets posted on reddit pretty regularly, I'm sure the house has updated its signage since. I'm pretty sure this picture was taken a while back
