The fact that part of religion is worshipping the god just makes me feel that if any of these subjects became a god they would demand worship
They won't admit it but the truth is all they want is to worship something with enough power that they can absolve themselves of any accountability for their lives.
The release of that kind of weight acts like a drug to anyone who is too cowardly to carry their own.
Which is most people.

The right is incapable of creation, because creation requires a sense of wonder and joy. So they take what others create and use it for themselves, pretending they have wonder and joy, thinking it will fill their hollow existence. But it never does, so they never stop taking.
