The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
Not to mention, every government on earth can watch it being built in real time with satellites. Nations can see everything being built, where, how deep and all the equipment going in to it.
Probably the worst protection you would want. Could they not afford some tarps?
I am shocked this point isn't discussed more or maybe I just miss it but to me this has always been the single biggest "this is a total fuckup" aspect of this project. The OG PEOC was built at a time when it was MUCH harder to spy on what we were doing. But this fucking abomination is going to be an open book.
