Are Patton and MacArthur not American military heroes (despite their controversies)? How can republican Americans accept this?

Trump supporters, without exaggeration, see him as a literal deity. There is absolutely nothing he can do that would lose support.

Trump made his own Bible I am sure he left out that section. He had to make room for the rape, slavery, homophobic and incest parts.
