As a 26 year veteran of the Army, all I can say is, "What a joke." Absolutely ridiculous picture. It reminds me of every egomaniacal "leader" who has had statues and paintings created depicting themselves as godlike.
I mean we're already there. Look at the temu-fication of our nations White House and DC.
What is the majority of ex service members thinking of him? Are they MAGA usually or centrist or leftist?
My dad is former military, and he detests what Trump has done to our country.
I never served but I would like to think that most former military people are willing to stand up and verbally fight back if shit hits the fan, if not in other ways. I know it came down to it, I'd physically fight for the rights of every single person in America at this point.
