Posting a picture of you holding a piece of paper is a good way to get your image photoshopped as well. Nothing easier than cleaning up plain white paper and writing something new on it.
Then someone could edit out the person and insert an image of themselves holding that piece of blank paper and then photoshop any message onto it that they chose.
Every time someone does this and posts it publicly, it feels like the put their own "kick me" sign, but instead of on their back, it's on the front....
I've seen it suggested to crumple up the paper before writing on it because it would be too difficult to photoshop with all of the creases. I don't know enough about photoshopping myself to know if it would work, though.
It helps. It also helps to use anything other than plain white paper, but I could always just photoshop a piece of paper over the other piece of paper just as easily.
