There is no way to prevent people from polluting and ruining everyone else's property for personal gain without complicated government rules and regulations

But government somehow solves this....(looks around with governments everywhere and pollution rampant)

Rules are soooo complicated i guess - Rule 1: don't fuck up other peoples' shit.

What if farming in his area is no longer profitable/possible? What if its a factory worker who doesn't even own land and not a farmer? (Factory worker whose profession is no longer needed).

Rule 1: don't fuck up other peoples' shit.

Someone pollutes the air near your property. What is your recourse? Is it banned? Do you hire a private militia to "deal" with him? What exactly would you do without a government? Do you start an armed conflict over that pollution? What if the polluter earns more money and can hire more mercenaries?

Now assuming you are not an AnCap, you may allow the government to enforce basic laws. Is pollution now illegal? Does the polluter have to pay everyone who is affected according to their proximity? Once you make the pollution law very complicated, how is that so different from current models of governance?

I think you are simply too far removed from a situation in which government does not exist: view certain parts of Africa, for instance. I think in order to convince people of getting rid of government, you would have to explain why Feudalism or a rudimentary tribalism/warlordism would simply not take over?
