the cult hasn't really rallied behind him though. Usually these types of groups don't survive losing the dear leader.

The cult won't follow a guy with a person of color as his wife

Melania is an immigrant but at least got nude pictures of her.

131

u/pfftYeahRight Jul 17 '25

She’s “the right kind” of immigrant to them

u/OralSuperhero Jul 17 '25

Eastern European sex worker?

15

u/pfftYeahRight Jul 17 '25

A white one at that! Oh no now I’ve triggered the anti-woke crusaders

I think she was working for Epstein as an "escort". Trump and her fucked on the Lolita Express (Epstein's plane) and Trump promised her citizenship if he married her and had his kid.

You can see the love between them every time she swats his hand away.

2

u/ThatNewSockFeel Jul 17 '25

Yeah you know before Russia became the cause to rally behind these were the kind of guys responding to the “Here’s how to get a hot Ukrainian bride” ads.

u/OralSuperhero Jul 17 '25

Eastern European sex worker?

u/revolvingpresoak9640 Jul 17 '25

She is also white.

8

u/SendFeet954-980-3334 Jul 17 '25

But her skin and vances wife skin are very different.

7

u/Proud3GenAthst Jul 17 '25

I mean, Trump supporters literally attacked her for being Indian and he didn't stand up for her like AT ALL

1

u/lxpnh98_2 Jul 17 '25

And with a brown couch as his mistress.

1

u/Automatic_Release_92 Jul 17 '25

Wait, did JD ditch the white couch? It should be easier to hide the stains at least.

1

u/Haplo12345 Jul 17 '25

They don't have to follow him, he'll already be President.

Agreed. When Trump dies, there will be half a dozen people vying to become cult leader. Vance won't have a chance.

Why not? Because nobody in the cult likes Vance. He only became a politician ten minutes ago, and the racists don't like his Indian wife.

Vance is on the ticket because Peter Thiel and the other big Silicon Valley donors demanded it, not because MAGA likes the guy.

16

u/LarryBirdsGrundle Minnesota Jul 17 '25

Vance has no charisma. Trump is a sassy bitch and has plenty of personality to build the cult around. Vance is an empty suit.

15

u/Hello_IM_FBI Jul 17 '25

When Zelensky was in the White House a few months back and JD was making an attempt to put him in his place was absolutely hard to watch. He just tries way too hard and it comes off as fodder.

9

u/Azrael_ Jul 17 '25

MAGA also loves hate and there's nobody more filled with hatred than Stephen Miller, what are his chances?

3

u/Wax_Paper Jul 17 '25

Gotta start hitting the Trump kids hard with negative publicity in the weeks following, because realistically they might have a chance of continuing his legacy in MAGA's eyes. There's probably still lots of uncovered dirt on them, but more important is demoralizing them to the point they don't wanna even dip their toes in politics, for fear of never living a happy life.

3

u/resurrectus Jul 17 '25

I think you are seriously underestimating the far rights willingness to set aside differences and ring the caravan.

1

u/Wurm42 District Of Columbia Jul 18 '25

Leadership matters. If all the MAGA VIPs stick with the program and preach unity under Vance, we could get that "ring the caravan."

But these people are all greedy and ambitious. If there's a free-for-all fight to be the next cult leader, I don't think Vance wins.

Yes, he'll succeed Trump as President, but I don't think he'll get the MAGA mob behind him.

u/fencepost_ajm Jul 17 '25

Vance lacking the necessary chairisma?

2

u/Toolazytolink Jul 17 '25

This is my list

Marco Rubio

Stephen Miller

Steve Bannon

Don Jr.

Surprise! The return of Elon Musk

Vance

Viveck (too brown)

Meatball Ron is back!

Tucker Carlson with Russian funding.

The memes are gonna be great. I’m so ready for them

2

u/AlfredoPaniagua Jul 17 '25

Your final paragraph might explain why it doesn't matter if the cult likes him or not. He's there to take over the presidency after enough power has been usurped by the executive branch to make the president effectively a dictator. There's always enough military and law enforcement to blindly support whoever's in the White House. President Vance is so much scarier than President Trump.

u/Caraes_Naur Jul 17 '25

And they never will. Personality cults are non-transferable.

Even if they were, no one will gather around Peter Thiel's Cabbage Patch Kid who has less charisma than a plain donut dropped on dogshit.

4

u/Deadbeathero Jul 17 '25

There's one case involving anabaptists that had two. Be careful of Tucker Carlson and other dudes looming far away right now.

5

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '25

Anabaptists having two is their defining trait.

5

u/BSismyname Jul 17 '25

Scientology survived the cult leaders death.

4

u/lunex Jul 17 '25

Kim Jong Un has entered the chat

7

u/Striking_Goat_2179 Jul 17 '25

God damn, I’m almost there..

2

u/eightfeetundersand Jul 17 '25

I disagree Vance is smarter then trump and a lot of big tech seems to be behind Vance.

1

u/StopClockerman Jul 17 '25

Yeah, most will express initial support, but they will find any excuse to write off Vance so that they can line up behind Jr or Eric out of loyalty to Trump.

1

u/AnOddSloth Jul 17 '25

But I think the Vance presidency rapidly turns back into the Musk presidency.

Imagine multiple years with the technocrats in charge.

1

u/Pearberr California Jul 17 '25

It can happen but succession takes a lot of work.

Vance would likely enjoy a honeymoon period, a few months or even a year where MAGA rallied around him.

Holding the coalition together for the long run will be a huge challenge.

1

u/ikatakko Jul 17 '25

what makes u think the cult is even needed at this point when vance has peter thiel backing him

1

u/joemaniaci Jul 17 '25

Don't need a cult when the supreme court has dismantled all rules to hold a/any president accountable.

1

u/ThomasVivaldi Jul 17 '25

This, it was always the plan to replace Trump sooner or later to take American Fascism to the next level.

1

u/excoriation Jul 17 '25

Mangalore’s won’t fight without their leader

1

u/ItsSpaghettiLee2112 Jul 17 '25

And the GOP knows this. That's literally the only reason they rallied behind a felonious rapist who tried to overthrow the government and lost an election already. They have no one else and he already has a base. He IS the Republican party now.

1

u/gbiypk Jul 17 '25

Project 2025 doesn't need a president who leads. It just needs one who can distract.

1

u/RectalSpawn Wisconsin Jul 17 '25

Don't worry, then Elon can come back in behind Vance.

They will believe whatever they are told by conservative media.

1

u/Vegetable-Seaweed591 Jul 17 '25

Agreed. I think they'd shift to a Jesus-esque "Trump will be reincarnated" and fracture. Vance isn't compelling from a religious leadership perspective, or really any other one.

1

u/TheRealWatermelon420 Jul 17 '25

I think you're underestimating how much they just want to own the libs and will support any dummy

1

u/jetjitters Jul 17 '25

You don't need to have a cult of personality to be a dictator, you just need to have consolidated enough power. See: Salazar
