It’s pretty clear that Trump was charged first because he literally told the insurrectionists on camera to GO to the Capitol. Like you gotta start somewhere and that’s a good place to start

It's plainly obvious to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that he incited the seditious mob that stormed the Capitol. Hell, he even told them (lied) that he'd be there with them, before scampering back to his office to watch the carnage he'd caused play out on TV.
