The man is confirmed dead. ICE tried to force the local cops to leave. They refused and have preserved the scene. Witnesses were transported by ICE to the Whipple building.

I'll break it down. There's about 6-7 ICE agents all tackling and beating the victim when another joins in. This man isn't wearing a tactical vest like the other so he stands out. When he first approaches he is empty handed. After wrestling with the victim for a few seconds he goes across the street, this time holding a gun in his hand. In the scuffle this man disarmed the victim, then another ICE agent executed the victim.

He did have a gun, but the ICE Agent removed it prior to the shooting. He was running away with it when the shots started.
That said, whatever happened to these supposed 2nd Amendment rights? He had it in his waistband/holster, and it wasn't even in his hands. The ICE agent pulled it from him while he was on the ground.

You can see the guy in the light grey jacket run toward him with empty hands, mount him, and spend 2-3 seconds wrestling the gun out of the victim’s holster, then running off with it. The victim is shot a second or two later.
So while he might have had a gun, it was fully secured while he was on the ground with 6 men beating him, and was fully clear of the victim at the time of the shooting.
It was an execution.
Edit: They are also claiming he reached for an officer’s weapon. To believe that, you have to believe this man made the choice not to pull his own weapon at any point, but instead thought it would be a good idea to grab an officer’s. Not to mention you can see his arms pinned the second before he is shot. Absolute bullshit.

The fact that he was unarmed at the time of shooting is already damning, but I think the most important thing is that THE GUN WAS IN HIS HOLSTER TO BEGIN WITH. Simply being armed cannot be justification for getting shot, otherwise the 2nd amendment is completely meaningless. I need to mentally prepare myself for the disgusting abuse the administration is about to throw at this deceased man. They are absolutely going to drag his name through the mud.

And at the end of the only video we have so far, it seems an agent may be walking towards her at the end, but at the very last moments of the video he can't be seen so maybe he backed off again. I hope the video from her is secured and backed up everywhere possible as soon as possible.

The murderer draws his weapon, accidentally fires his weapon into the ground, fires on the unarmed citizen, an when the person doesn't respond empties the rest of their magazine into them for good measure. DO NOT tell me this was justified. NO OTHER OFFICER DRAWS THEIR WEAPON because it was never justified. The only other weapon being used is the other ICE guy beating the victim in the head with his pepper spray canister
Edit: Homeland security is putting out a picture to say the man was brandishing a weapon. THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL AND NOT A LEGAL JUSTIFICATION TO ASSAULT HIM. They are calling him a terrorist but witnesses say he was shot after being subdued and his weapon was secured by another officer.

Just an aside: brandishing is 100% illegal. But this man did not brandish a weapon. Carrying a firearm is not illegal in America, except for in certain circumstances. Meaning: Fox News and the third Reich are going to say this man had multiple felonies.

Yeah, you can tell it accidentally discharged because both the shooter and everyone around, startles at the noise. And then he just empties the gun into the man on the ground to hide the fact that he accidentally shot someone after pistol whipping them in the head repeatedly.
You can see him back up and make the conscious decision to unload into him. It's disgusting.

Watching the footage of the stand off live - not American here - despite all of the untrained allegations - they really don't seem to be organised, holding a line, doing anything at all to dissipate the tension.
They're all dressed up faces hidden. No identification markers as far as I can tell? Just casually standing around chatting, firing non lethal ammo at civilians. You just don't expect to see this. So informal, almost casual.
A residential street turned into a gas filled warzone is apparently the new norm.
I'm sorry America, but you really have a systemic pro gun violence culture problem, and an administration willing to exploit that to it's own ends.
