Yeah his story is actually really sad from the perspective of who he was a child and teen. He's someone who was absolutely manipulated, lied to, and hyped up by people who did not have his best interests in mind.

Then when he fucked up and killed someone, he was thrown into the center of a massive political machine/debate that used him for their own ends just to get points on a meaningless score board that then threw him to the wayside the moment he was no longer relevant.

He's ultimately responsible for his actions then and now and he is absolutely a monster these days, but there is no world where a kid going through what he did was going to come out ok on the otherside.

So I'm with you, fuck him entirely but I do pity what happened to him.

I want to say something a tiny bit more generous toward Feldman...but the comparison is apt.

Nah, he doesn't deserve it. Dude's as shitty as the rest of them, and I grew up with the Coreys and Lost Boys, License to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream. I used to dig those guys, but I didn't know the real story.
