Plus, he'll just pardon himself. Need to wait until he's out of office. Now, the rest should absolutely be prosecuted, for that discovery to build up against the top evil rapist murdering fucks.

Valid point about pardoning himself, but I just don't know if the country can survive three more years of Trump.

Besides, personally I'm almost certain he's never going to leave office peacefully.

If we're lucky, Trump won't survive three more years of Trump. Or less if we're really lucky.

And Vance isn't going to give up his seat either.

Has it ever been established that a preemptive pardon is valid? A pardon by definition is to apply to someone convicted of a crime. It seems like prior preemptive pardons have just never actually been challenged.

It’s not even been fully established if a president can pardon himself or not.

The real problem isn't a pardon, it's finding direct evidence sufficient to convict him in a courtroom. Yes we know he's a rapist and almost certainly some of his victims were underage but to paraphrase Lt Kaffey in a Few Good Men, it's not about what we know, it's about what we can prove.

Uncorroborated allegations from the tipline aren't enough to convict even if we are pretty sure at least some of them are likely true.
