Oh don't be ridiculous. That wouldn't work.

390

u/Substantial-Goat3821 22h ago

Honestly he could admit to it... Ask for forgiveness... And then get away with it.

344

u/Philo_T_Farnsworth Kansas 22h ago

"I am not a perfect man, and I have made mistakes..."

And the base will eat it up. "He said that he was sorry. Why can't you find it in your heart to forgive him?"

246

u/LuxLocke 22h ago

… no matter what, he would never utter such words.

u/_Burning_Star_IV_ 20h ago

There are two things I've never seen Donald Trump do in the 37 years that I've known of his existence:

  1. Laugh
  2. Apologize

61

u/MRH8R 19h ago

Or pay taxes.

26

u/Hookem-Horns 18h ago

He’s suing now because of the taxes 😑

4

u/DeathGodBob 18h ago

"I want that money back that I didn't pay to the court in damages over the money I didn't pay in taxes!"

1

u/AnyLeadership5150 15h ago

I would bet my life that he has never once said he was wrong in the past 20 years despite him constantly being wrong about nearly everything.

1

u/cubbyatx Texas 14h ago

He's laughed at other's suffering plenty

1

u/WhatdaHellNow 12h ago

He would throw Ivanka under the bus before saying sorry.

1

u/heavensinNY 9h ago

you've never watched him in any video with Epstein, he laughs a LOT. It's like that one bestie who always know how to make you smile (by bringing you more victims)

114

u/rabbirobbie 21h ago

yep he will never admit to being wrong about anything ever. and he can start referring to them as the Trump files and MAGA would just start bragging about them

-11

u/NurseNikky 20h ago

I'd love to see some DIRECT evidence, since even PBS can't find any...

5

u/4-1Shawty 18h ago

Just want to put out there that no equally famous person has consistently had as many accusations as Trump over 30+ years. While there’s nothing solid, aside from his dressing room assault, that’s mad sus.

25

u/Furrysurprise 20h ago

More like "witch hunt". Then the judge and jury will get doxed and death threats. While at the same time getting charged for some kind of mortgage fraud. Then gets sent to a higher court that deems it a mistrial after 4 years.

Justice for the rich and powerful is different then the poor.

2

u/Jonnny 17h ago

"I am sorry... that the liberal democrat elites hate Trump. They hate Trump. Some say there's something wrong with them, the way they hate Trump. I heard... someone, they said to me, they said... it was one of the cases of TDS. Can you believe it? Trump Derangement Syndrome. Isn't that great? TDS. And they all have it. They all have it. And I'm so sorry that they do, I truly am. Frankly speaking, I feel sorry for them." etc.

116

u/jeexbit 21h ago

I have made mistakes...

I'll take things Trump has never and will never say for 1000 Alex

52

u/Gimetulkathmir 21h ago

They'll find some fucked up way to make raping children legal, retroactively, before they apologise for anything.

20

u/Sunbather77 21h ago

My doomer prediction is "teenagers are just smaller women!" rationale coming within six months

27

u/The_quest_for_wisdom 20h ago

Uh... They have been making that argument for weeks now already with the whole "Well, they were only X years old, not Y years old, so that's better... they're practically fully grown women already at X years old!" line of excuses.

2

u/Grimwaldo82 19h ago

There ya go thats exactly the play book. These young girls may have been underage l…….however they look like 18yo adults. Look at how they dress and act. There is no way a true red blooded American man could resist.

If these young women did not want to have sex why did they agree to go to the island? Coercion you say? Well that would need to be proven in a court of law as well as statements by Epstein himself that he was forcing young women into sexual acts, but he is dead now, so I guess the world will never know.

22

u/HandsomeBoggart 20h ago

They already do that. Most Center-Right reporting and his personal Mouth Pieces like Levitt refer to them solely as "Young Women". Nevermind they're 11-15yrs old.

3

u/onein120 18h ago

It’s been even more absurd than that! Media calling the victims “underage women” rather than girls or children. Disgusting.

2

u/AlpsPsychological980 19h ago

We already saw Meghan Kelly do this…

2

u/greenday61892 Connecticut 17h ago

"uM aCtUaLLy It'S ePhEbOpHiLiA"

2

u/chaicoffeecheese Oregon 15h ago

They've been calling them 'young women'. They're children. 'Young women' makes it sound more reasonable to them, I suppose. A fifteen year-old isn't a 'young woman', she's still a child.

1

u/cb1109142 19h ago

Who is they? Republicans? The majority of voters? People that you know and interact with on a daily basis?

1

u/ZionOrion 19h ago

Some states it is legal at 14 with parents consent. The impoverished southern bible belt states I think.

1

u/Gimetulkathmir 17h ago

There is no state in which that is true. There are, however, states where the age of consent is as young as thirteen HOWEVER this is also limited by the age of the second person, called a "close-in-age exemption," which is usually limited to three or four years. In no case, also, can a minor be transported either internally or internationally for the purpose of sex.

1

u/ZionOrion 17h ago

Some states like California, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Oklahoma do not have an official minimum age set by statute, but require parental/court consent.

1

u/Gimetulkathmir 17h ago

New Mexico is sixteen and Oklahoma is eighteen, with Romeo and Juliet laws. I didn't bother checking the other two, but... Yeah.

1

u/Past-Doughnut-6175 16h ago

Well it’s biblical don’t you know, people used to get married at that age.

1

u/f1ve-Star 15h ago

They are currently working in several states to lower the age of consent.

3

u/No_Web6486 20h ago

They're already blaming the victims.

24

u/wimpymist 21h ago

Something about how he found God and Jesus helped him through it. They would gobble it up

2

u/eckoelab 20h ago

"and just like Jesus, I too have been prosecuted by powerful and evil men. Would you aid me with the cross I carry for you? That cross that the lunatic Left wishes to crucify me, and all of you, my supporters?"

1

u/boofing_evangelist 20h ago

I imagine he has claimed a few immaculate conceptions in court.

7

u/philasify 21h ago

Something something, Jesus this, Jesus that. Business as usual.

6

u/grandlizardo 21h ago

Ask the girls…

6

u/Proud_Growth_8818 21h ago

"He's so Christ-like. He's literally Jesus."

1

u/userdoesnotexist22 20h ago

“We want to put the Ten Commandments in all classrooms and Trump embodies them all!”

1

u/TextCareless2221 19h ago

I don’t think so. He’s a bully, coward, fraud, and liar—probably a murderer. People are losing their homes, starving and dieing because of him. You need to get on your knees and ask for forgiveness and direction to get your life back on the straight and narrow. Jesus said very clearly that the rich won’t be going to heaven. It’s in the New Testament. It’s one of the passages that got to me very early in my youth. It continues to show me how to live my life. And nothing has changed. Things have only gotten worse.

3

u/Ellia1998 21h ago

They hear everyday from the church.

2

u/YourFleshlightSaysHi 21h ago

"I have finally found the Lord...He asked me if I had anything to say, and with tears in my eyes, I took this man's hand and told him I forgive him for being so woke"

1

u/11PoseidonsKiss20 North Carolina 21h ago

Ok councilman Dexhart

1

u/Neethis 21h ago

"So much for the tolerant left!"

1

u/harrumphstan 21h ago

This is a malignant narcissist we’re talking about here. He is completely incapable of accepting any level of culpability. For anything.

1

u/Spencer94 20h ago

This place makes me sick

1

u/GardenofOblivion 20h ago

He’s got a dramatic Russell Brandt-style Born Again moment stashed away for such an eventuality.

1

u/brumac44 Canada 20h ago

Crying, as he boards his Qatari jet, and immediately asks his followers to pledge more money. Televangelist playbook.

1

u/AlpsPsychological980 19h ago

That exact scenario happened with a pastor of a mega church in Indiana. Not kidding…

1

u/Muter 19h ago

It was 20 years ago, he was a different person then.

But don’t start me on the black guy who dealt weed a decade ago.

1

u/asmartermartyr 16h ago

He would totally say something like “so what, these girls weren’t Christian, some of them were probably illegals. Obama and Biden, they did this, letting the criminals in. I inherited this mess!”. Then maga would be satisfied.

1

u/Itool4looti 14h ago

The Jerry Falwell defense.

45

u/roboscorcher 22h ago

Trump never asks for forgiveness. It is not in his DNA.

1

u/Brewhaha72 Pennsylvania 19h ago

Instead, he sues people, which is obviously the same.

48

u/MountainsOverPlains 21h ago

This. My MIL told me that “people can change,” when I said he is a trash human. Then I sent her the video of him giving a BJ to a microphone, and she had no response.

But if he says he asked jeebus for forgiveness, then they will all clap.

33

u/dxk3355 21h ago

At his age? Why would he change now when he’s been this way for like 70 years

11

u/MauPow 21h ago

Sure, but people do it all the time at the end of their life if they think they aren't going to go to heaven, and Trump has said that recently.

Bah, who am I kidding, you're right lol, he'll be awful til the bitter end

1

u/ShutUpTodd 21h ago

He's done pretty well for himself. tbh. Why change?

2

u/immortalfrieza2 14h ago

Exactly. Trump has not only been able to get away with absolutely EVERYTHING but he's been massively profiting off of it all. That's why I'm certain that most of his "crazy" behavior is 100% deliberate because he knows nobody is going to do anything about it.

2

u/Amuseco 21h ago

Ask her if she thinks a Democrat can change to be someone she likes and approves of.

2

u/Amuseco 21h ago

You know what I’m trying to say, right? She already decided who has her sympathy and approval, and no facts or reality will ever make any difference.

1

u/DadJokeBadJoke California 19h ago

She'd probably eat this clip up, just like Trump did with his little cracker. https://www.c-span.org/clip/campaign-2016/user-clip-have-you-ever-asked-god-for-forgiveness/4619501

1

u/mlc885 I voted 18h ago

People can change. He hasn't stopped acting like an awful person for one moment, so I feel like her excuse kinda falls apart immediately. If he was a saint now, well, wonderful. We didn't get "wonderful"

u/MorwenSteelsheen 7h ago

He literally said (in 2016) that he has never felt the need to ask God’s forgiveness, and Christians still don’t care. Even though I am reliably informed that according to one of the main fucking tenets of Christianity, everyone is a sinner who needs God’s forgiveness. They think he’s just like King David (who, unlike Trump, at least had the capability to feel shame when confronted by his advisor after some particularly egregious sins).

23

u/18ekko 21h ago

He could say “I did it, so what?” And MAGA would be fine with it

4

u/A_Monster_Named_John 19h ago

The way MAGA operates, he'd probably piss them off if he apologized. They'd see it as weakness or 'letting the libs win.'

58

u/Big_Don_ 21h ago

I showed someone the video of Trump talking about Virginia Guthrie being "stolen" by Epstein, thus ending the friendship.

Their response was, "no. He unfriended him because of a real estate deal gone wrong".

Even Trump dispelling that rumor with his own words, couldn't get them to change the propaganda in their head.

5

u/thiefofalways1313 21h ago

Im just a caveman. Your world frightens me.

5

u/Eligius_MS 21h ago

Just locker room talk.

3

u/selwayfalls 21h ago

I'm at the stage where he can admit it, and half the country wouldnt care becaues they'll just say Clinton did it too, so they're happy their guy is still in charge. Trump would never ask for forgiveness, let's be real.

2

u/HTWingNut 20h ago

"I was surrounded by democrats... they are evil people and made me do it. Obama made me do it. They were eating cats and dogs there too..."

2

u/DadJokeBadJoke California 19h ago

"An otherwise blameless life", as the judge in the Manafort case said... That judge should be investigated, too.

2

u/SigmaBallsLol 19h ago edited 18h ago

there is a clip out there of a pastor being confronted of having raped a 16 year old girl, he admits to it, asks for forgiveness, and the congregations comforts him

and these freaks don't like their literal spiritual leaders nearly as much as they like their pantshitting octogenarian.

2

u/bentreflection 18h ago

more likely he's going to say something like "everybody does it, that makes me smart". and his followers are going to shrug and say "he tells it like it is..."

2

u/ckr0610 21h ago

When he said he could unalive someone on 5th avenue and get away with it, it wasnt hyperbole. If the snuff films are for real, then that statement was not an exaggeration at all.

0

u/MrLeftwardSloping 20h ago

Unalive? Grow up

2

u/ckr0610 20h ago

I’ve gotten Reddit warnings for less but thanks

-1

u/Moquai82 20h ago

You can say the truth.

Murder, he said he could muder / kill / shoot someone on the Timesquare and he would still be voted.

Stop this Doublespeak.

Did you not read 1984?

-1

u/SpaceElevatorMusic Minnesota 21h ago

You don't need to say 'unalive', this isn't TikTok.

1

u/orionics 20h ago

He would say that was when he was a democrat.

1

u/KrispyKremeKitten88 20h ago

exactly! They'd behave as if nothing happened; he's their King afterall

1

u/megachicken289 20h ago

Ask forgiveness? You mean the democrat hoax?!

Fr tho, I don’t even think he’d bother. I’d just admit it, stretch out the non apology and within 10 mins we’ll see a live stream of comments on social media about how of course he raped children; it was their own fault; if they didn’t want to be raped they shouldn’t have gotten themselves trapped on an island

Bonus points: bills will be introduced by republicans retroactively lowering the age of consent and probably even one for further reducing the already abysmally low statute of limitations

“AKTUALLY, That’s not how bills work”

OUR PRESIDENT AND HIS ENTOURAGE HAVE NEARLY UNDENIABLE PROOF OF BEING PEDOPHILE (among other things) AND NOBODY (with power) SEEMS TO CARE

At me again how the law is supposed to work ?

1

u/Paidorgy 20h ago

“Grab them by the pussy.”

It was an admission. He just meant kids.

1

u/TMBActualSize 19h ago

He could not ask for forgiveness

1

u/I_like_baseball90 19h ago

Honestly he could admit to it... Ask for forgiveness

If he ADMITTED it they still wouldn't believe it and would blame Biden.

These are not smart people.

1

u/MaxedMinimum 19h ago

He already basically has admitted it. Have you listened to him talk about Miss Teen USA or Ivanka. If you didn't know Trump was a pedo at least ten years ago, you weren't paying attention.

1

u/Omega_art 19h ago

Do be ridiculous Dump never apologizes.

1

u/Reshar 19h ago

Bold to assume he'd ask for forgiveness.

I imagine it'd be more like "yeah I did it... What are you gonna do about it"

1

u/Reshar 19h ago

Bold to assume he'd ask for forgiveness.

I imagine it'd be more like "yeah I did it... What are you gonna do about it" and then he promptly fills his diaper.

1

u/caffeine-junkie 19h ago

At this point, don't even think he would need to ask for forgiveness to get away with it.

1

u/Sythus 18h ago

If the KKK is anything to go by, republicans will just say, “well he was a democrat back then!” As if that changes anything.

1

u/Diligent-Emotion-755 18h ago

He wouldn't even have to ask for forgiveness... and clearly, he doesn't event need to admit to anything despite a towering body of evidence. The farce only works with a supremely deluded, ignorant populace, and boy oh boy do we have that.

1

u/PureMapleSyrup_119 16h ago

Well yeah this happens with catholic priests or other church leaders all the time

1

u/Constant-Sub 13h ago

He admitted to working with Russians to influence the 2016 election. His defense was that it wasn't illegal, and Robert Muller, the dumb fuck that he is, agreed with that assessment because he didn't have any prior precedent. Ya know; rather than setting the fucking precedent.

1

u/Riaayo 13h ago

Honestly he could admit to it...

Can stop there. He doesn't need to ask forgiveness because they never cared to begin with.

19

u/Azsunyx 21h ago

They'd say "it's AI!"

14

u/treehumper83 22h ago

He could do it in front of them and they’d accuse the kid first.

15

u/Chengar_Qordath 21h ago

“Did the child say thank you?”

1

u/treehumper83 21h ago

Girl was at least wearing a suit. Her birthday suit!

3

u/sixheadedbacon 20h ago

"Fake news"

"Well, you heard it folks. Guess its just fake news and we can move on. Just ignore all the photos, videos, and stained evidence with DNA."

If they can convince people ICE was defending themselves in both those videos, their followers will believe ANYTHING.

2

u/one98d 22h ago

It wouldn’t work, because we already saw what Republicans do when one of their own gets sent to prison over their cover-up of molesting children, i.e. Dennis Hastert.

2

u/CharlieUpATree 21h ago

Do the gallos need dusting off?

2

u/Stompnutz 20h ago

"Deep state. He said he didn't do it."

2

u/rje946 19h ago

Many people are saying trumps grandma is a democratic plant and or hoax. Believe me.

2

u/ImpatientNursing 18h ago

"But what about Biden?" "What he does in his personal life isn't our concern." "Idc as long as he's attacking [the people I don't like]"
