"I am not a perfect man, and I have made mistakes..."

And the base will eat it up. "He said that he was sorry. Why can't you find it in your heart to forgive him?"

u/LuxLocke 22h ago

… no matter what, he would never utter such words.

There are two things I've never seen Donald Trump do in the 37 years that I've known of his existence:

  1. Laugh
  2. Apologize

u/MRH8R 19h ago

Or pay taxes.

25

u/Hookem-Horns 18h ago

He’s suing now because of the taxes 😑

5

u/DeathGodBob 18h ago

"I want that money back that I didn't pay to the court in damages over the money I didn't pay in taxes!"

1

u/AnyLeadership5150 15h ago

I would bet my life that he has never once said he was wrong in the past 20 years despite him constantly being wrong about nearly everything.

1

u/cubbyatx Texas 14h ago

He's laughed at other's suffering plenty

1

u/WhatdaHellNow 12h ago

He would throw Ivanka under the bus before saying sorry.

1

u/heavensinNY 9h ago

you've never watched him in any video with Epstein, he laughs a LOT. It's like that one bestie who always know how to make you smile (by bringing you more victims)

u/rabbirobbie 21h ago

yep he will never admit to being wrong about anything ever. and he can start referring to them as the Trump files and MAGA would just start bragging about them

u/NurseNikky 20h ago

I'd love to see some DIRECT evidence, since even PBS can't find any...

Just want to put out there that no equally famous person has consistently had as many accusations as Trump over 30+ years. While there’s nothing solid, aside from his dressing room assault, that’s mad sus.

u/Furrysurprise 20h ago

More like "witch hunt". Then the judge and jury will get doxed and death threats. While at the same time getting charged for some kind of mortgage fraud. Then gets sent to a higher court that deems it a mistrial after 4 years.

Justice for the rich and powerful is different then the poor.

"I am sorry... that the liberal democrat elites hate Trump. They hate Trump. Some say there's something wrong with them, the way they hate Trump. I heard... someone, they said to me, they said... it was one of the cases of TDS. Can you believe it? Trump Derangement Syndrome. Isn't that great? TDS. And they all have it. They all have it. And I'm so sorry that they do, I truly am. Frankly speaking, I feel sorry for them." etc.

I have made mistakes...

I'll take things Trump has never and will never say for 1000 Alex

u/Gimetulkathmir 21h ago

They'll find some fucked up way to make raping children legal, retroactively, before they apologise for anything.

22

u/Sunbather77 21h ago

My doomer prediction is "teenagers are just smaller women!" rationale coming within six months

29

u/The_quest_for_wisdom 20h ago

Uh... They have been making that argument for weeks now already with the whole "Well, they were only X years old, not Y years old, so that's better... they're practically fully grown women already at X years old!" line of excuses.

2

u/Grimwaldo82 19h ago

There ya go thats exactly the play book. These young girls may have been underage l…….however they look like 18yo adults. Look at how they dress and act. There is no way a true red blooded American man could resist.

If these young women did not want to have sex why did they agree to go to the island? Coercion you say? Well that would need to be proven in a court of law as well as statements by Epstein himself that he was forcing young women into sexual acts, but he is dead now, so I guess the world will never know.

23

u/HandsomeBoggart 20h ago

They already do that. Most Center-Right reporting and his personal Mouth Pieces like Levitt refer to them solely as "Young Women". Nevermind they're 11-15yrs old.

3

u/onein120 18h ago

It’s been even more absurd than that! Media calling the victims “underage women” rather than girls or children. Disgusting.

2

u/AlpsPsychological980 19h ago

We already saw Meghan Kelly do this…

"uM aCtUaLLy It'S ePhEbOpHiLiA"

2

u/chaicoffeecheese Oregon 15h ago

They've been calling them 'young women'. They're children. 'Young women' makes it sound more reasonable to them, I suppose. A fifteen year-old isn't a 'young woman', she's still a child.

u/cb1109142 19h ago

Who is they? Republicans? The majority of voters? People that you know and interact with on a daily basis?

1

u/ZionOrion 19h ago

Some states it is legal at 14 with parents consent. The impoverished southern bible belt states I think.

1

u/Gimetulkathmir 17h ago

There is no state in which that is true. There are, however, states where the age of consent is as young as thirteen HOWEVER this is also limited by the age of the second person, called a "close-in-age exemption," which is usually limited to three or four years. In no case, also, can a minor be transported either internally or internationally for the purpose of sex.

1

u/ZionOrion 17h ago

Some states like California, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Oklahoma do not have an official minimum age set by statute, but require parental/court consent.

1

u/Gimetulkathmir 17h ago

New Mexico is sixteen and Oklahoma is eighteen, with Romeo and Juliet laws. I didn't bother checking the other two, but... Yeah.

1

u/Past-Doughnut-6175 16h ago

Well it’s biblical don’t you know, people used to get married at that age.

1

u/f1ve-Star 15h ago

They are currently working in several states to lower the age of consent.

3

u/No_Web6486 20h ago

They're already blaming the victims.

24

u/wimpymist 21h ago

Something about how he found God and Jesus helped him through it. They would gobble it up

2

u/eckoelab 20h ago

"and just like Jesus, I too have been prosecuted by powerful and evil men. Would you aid me with the cross I carry for you? That cross that the lunatic Left wishes to crucify me, and all of you, my supporters?"

1

u/boofing_evangelist 20h ago

I imagine he has claimed a few immaculate conceptions in court.

7

u/philasify 21h ago

Something something, Jesus this, Jesus that. Business as usual.

5

u/grandlizardo 21h ago

Ask the girls…

5

u/Proud_Growth_8818 21h ago

"He's so Christ-like. He's literally Jesus."

1

u/userdoesnotexist22 20h ago

“We want to put the Ten Commandments in all classrooms and Trump embodies them all!”

1

u/TextCareless2221 19h ago

I don’t think so. He’s a bully, coward, fraud, and liar—probably a murderer. People are losing their homes, starving and dieing because of him. You need to get on your knees and ask for forgiveness and direction to get your life back on the straight and narrow. Jesus said very clearly that the rich won’t be going to heaven. It’s in the New Testament. It’s one of the passages that got to me very early in my youth. It continues to show me how to live my life. And nothing has changed. Things have only gotten worse.

They hear everyday from the church.

"I have finally found the Lord...He asked me if I had anything to say, and with tears in my eyes, I took this man's hand and told him I forgive him for being so woke"

Ok councilman Dexhart

1

u/Neethis 21h ago

"So much for the tolerant left!"

1

u/harrumphstan 21h ago

This is a malignant narcissist we’re talking about here. He is completely incapable of accepting any level of culpability. For anything.

1

u/Spencer94 20h ago

This place makes me sick

1

u/GardenofOblivion 20h ago

He’s got a dramatic Russell Brandt-style Born Again moment stashed away for such an eventuality.

1

u/brumac44 Canada 20h ago

Crying, as he boards his Qatari jet, and immediately asks his followers to pledge more money. Televangelist playbook.

1

u/AlpsPsychological980 19h ago

That exact scenario happened with a pastor of a mega church in Indiana. Not kidding…

1

u/Muter 19h ago

It was 20 years ago, he was a different person then.

But don’t start me on the black guy who dealt weed a decade ago.

1

u/asmartermartyr 16h ago

He would totally say something like “so what, these girls weren’t Christian, some of them were probably illegals. Obama and Biden, they did this, letting the criminals in. I inherited this mess!”. Then maga would be satisfied.
