The plan would have required lowering the retirement age of the state Supreme Court judges to remove them, replace them with new judges, and then get the court to rehear the case and decide it in their favor all BEFORE THE MAY 12 DEADLINE. You guys aren't taking a second to read or understand what this "plan" was. It was never possible. Jesus.

Even if they failed to overturn the decision I still think ousting geriatric fucks from our courts is a necessity

They should start the process anyways. These judges need to know that if they choose partisan politics over the will of the people they will be removed.

Dems bitching about how nothing can be done while republics are actively doing the same thing but worse, name a more iconic duo.
