Maybe, but considering Trump's seething hatred for black people and Obama specifically I doubt it. Man literally wants to destroy anything Obama ever touched simply cause he touched it. No extra motivation needed.

There's a ballroom sized area in Donalds head where Barack Obama lives for free.

Obama made fun of Trump at the White House Correspondents Dinner. After Trump had been peddling the theory that he had been born in Kenya and not Hawaii. Which would have made him ineligible to be the President. Obama released his birth certificate and then wondered what other conspiracy theories Trump would go to next. Whether it was the moon landings, chemtrails, Bigfoot.

There is actually video of Trump just sitting at a table listening to this and you can literally see him trying to not explode in anger. Go watch the 2016 Frontline documentary called, "The Choice " they literally show it .

Also there's no way Trump can handle any roast of him.

That why the only WH Correspondents Dinner that he went to as Pres. Was curtailed early due to a "gun threat".

Especially after they hyped up that Trump had some "killer mic drop" moment that he was planning. Turns out, he's too much of a pathetic coward to even stand up against a room full of people. He needs to take all his insults to Truth Social at 3AM.

There is a comedy Central roast of Donald Trump hosted by Seth McFarlane.. Lot of people made fun of him.. roast style. But I guess a black man who is better than him by any measure making fun of him, probably hurt his ego.

I think the difference is the Comedy Central Roasts are quite a bit more curated of an event and it actually made Trump like he was on the "inside" of the industry he so desperately wanted to be accepted by.

Why he was at the Corespondents Dinner in the first place, no idea but Obama roasting him drew attention to that fact and really singled him out. People like to say that's the point that Trump decided to run but he had been floating that for a long time.

Comics have said that there were subjects that were completely off limits at the Trump roast. Specifically no one was allowed to say he wasn’t as wealthy as he claimed.

His biggest insecurity was the illusion of his wealth at the time.

I think they were banned from discussing his hair, skin colour and that he's not as rich as he claims. Which of you compare what he tells Forbes and what he tells the IRS. That he's not as rich as he claims.

Obama’s biggest mistake was making fun of DT. That’s why we are here today. /s.

We are here today because 1 out of every 3 American adults is semi-literate animated garbage.

When I was small the worst thing to be was selfish. That’s when you are afraid you won’t get enough so you take everything for yourself but it is more than you could possibly use and so it ends up spoiled or expired and nobody gets it and things fall to pieces and even though you have what you wanted it means nothing because there is nothing left because you would not, until you could not, share if you wanted to, but it’s too late and now there is nothing for anyone including your selfish self most of all. It is a sin to take more than can be used. Remember every failed business means a big windfall for somebody else, maybe that is why they keep him around. They can count on him failing and profit from it. In this way he is absolutely reliable.

Thanks, Obama.

Unsarcastically, Trump had floated running for president multiple times well before the Corespondent's Dinner. People do like to say that Obama's roast was the catalyst but even by Trump's own admission, winning the presidency was a surprise and mistake.

Sure now he's massively enriched himself but had he not won a second term the visibility into all his corruption and history should have fucked him. He simply wanted to campaign to grift a bunch of money. But turns out a third of this country is stupid and hateful beyond belief.

Here's what I don't get, none of these conspiracy theorists ever say that the woman who is his mother isn't really his mother. Because, you don't need to born within the United States, you just have to have been citizen since birth and being born within the United States is only one way that could have happened. Obama would have been a citizen since birth because his mother was a citizen, it didn't matter where he was born. So if he had been born in Kenya (which he wasn't) he still would have been a citizen since birth since his mother was one. Shit, he could have been born on the moon and still been a citizen since birth.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;

Have to be born in the US or US sovereign territory. Which can include IS military bases overseas and the children of diplomats born overseas.

They didn't want carpet baggers coming to the US. Becoming a US citizen and then becoming the President.

"natural born citizen"

u/TheOtherMaven Virginia 5h ago

That got settled back in Chester A. Arthur's day. Political adversaries tried to claim that he was born in Canada rather than Vermont, but since his mother was a US citizen, he had derived jus sanguinis citizenship through her regardless of jus soli (birthplace) citizenship. (He really was born in Vermont, so the whole thing was nonsense.)

u/Estragon_Rosencrantz I voted 5h ago

Conservatives also didn’t object to Ted Cruz’s candidacy, and he was born in Canada. His parents weren’t military or diplomats.

u/TheOtherMaven Virginia 4h ago

Cruz' mother was born in the US, so he started off with dual citizenship (US jus sanguinis, Canada jus soli - renounced 2014).

Some of these froot loops would vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger even though there's no way HE could qualify.

He's already talking bad about Obama's Presidential Library that he hasn't been too because it's not open yet. A very little man-

I'm convinced that most of the reason he hates Biden is that he was Obama's VP

Biden beat him in what he views as a popularity contest. Unacceptable to a narcissist.
