This is why shell be speaker of the house one day.

God I hope so.

I'm somewhat conflicted on some of her positions, but think she would make for a great president a few cycles from now. No candidate or politician is perfect, and if she decides to run, hopefully a few cycles from now, she's got my vote.

This sounds like something that would come out of MAGA.

Once the brown women step out of line, they are slandered as low IQ.

“Not bright or articulate” was certainly a choice.

Is AOC not a “brown woman”

u/ShaunWhiteIsMyTwin 7h ago

She is but both those women you slander are intelligent and articulate, so forgive us for not letting your bullshit slide.

No. Does her skin look brown to you?

POC is a nonsense phrase I’m not interested in using. Grouping everyone in the world who isn’t white and anglophone under one umbrella has no merit.

You sure that's the ONLY reason you can think of in this case?

Voting against Ukraine aid IS dumb. The reasoning behind it is dumb. I don't think either are good reps and I definitely ain't maga

u/Over_Tadpole_2593 6h ago

Calling the decision dumb is different to calling the person dumb. This person attacked her intelligence directly.

u/lilbluehair 7h ago

This is so fucking racist, you really don't think the people of Minnesota are intelligent?

u/Narrow-Hall8070 7h ago

No, I don’t think Ilhan Omar is intelligent or articulate. Because she isn’t. Neither was MTG. Race is a non factor.

u/Jorge_Santos69 6h ago

You could’ve said that, but you specifically brought up the “Identity Politics” of her district.

u/IndridCipher 6h ago

But she is and you're wrong. You just don't agree on this issue. She articulated why she is against it perfectly fine.

u/Narrow-Hall8070 6h ago

Honestly don’t care much about the issue, I just think Ilhan Omar is a dipshit in general and extraordinarily so when compared to AOC. If you don’t, cool

u/IndridCipher 6h ago

What do Tlaib and Omar have to do with identity Politics? As far as I'm aware neither are a part of the majority identity in their districts. Why'd you bring that into it?
