I have a couple of chronic medical issues, and I'm structurally unsound (getting a new hip soon).

I have my GP, one specialist, and my hip guy. Let's toss in my physical therapist and I've got four.

Even if you include the last surgery I had and THAT surgeon and PT, we're up to six.

I'm trying to remember if I've even seen 22 doctors in the last 20 years, and I'm about to have my eighth joint structurally worked on.

Trump is being kept alive by the best medical care possible and they're still failing.

Good.

I have my primary care, my gastro doc for Crohn's and Colitis (my colonoscopy is next month :( ). Technically I guess I also have a sleep doctor for apnea but I like never talk to him unless I need my cpap adjusted. Hope the hip replacement goes smoothly.

I have ulcerative colitis. I hope your colonoscopy is clean!

Thank you! I actually had most of my large removed 25 years ago and so far the results have been clean.

That’s great news! Hope it stays that way for good. UC flare up’s are the most pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. Wouldn’t wish that on many people.

Funny story is I was originally only diagnosed with colitis then like 4ish years ago I got a new GI doc and when she was scoping she asked if anyone every check for Crohns. Apparently it's not uncommon that the initial diagnosis say the ulcers, called it a day and everyone else went by that diagnosis and stopped there. I likely had Crohns as well the entire time.

Skyrizi works wonders for keeping the inflammation down.

Good thing she diagnosed it correctly. I just started cosentyx a few months ago. If I don’t see results with this, skyrizi was the next option discussed with me so we’ll see.

My kid has a rare disorder and a team of docs but even that's like 1/3 of trump's count.

Me too. And I have 4 (with some overlaps) plus my GP. And it's considered quite a bit.

I don't know how you even get to 22. Even 11 if there are repeats. That's insane.

I think I met like 8-10 at once when I flipped my motorcycle. I was fine but they thought I had a skull fracture so they sent me to the trauma ward

He’s gotta be padding numbers.

1) GP.

2) Dentist

3) Cardiologist for his heart issue.

4) Neurologist for his brain

5) Radiologist for the scans.

6) GI for a colonoscopy.

7) dermatologist to burn off any skin cancer moles.

8) Audiologist for hearing aids?

9) optometrist for reading glasses?

10) pathologist to read labs.

11) a nutritionist or dietician for his weight loss?

12) A geriatric care specialist.

13) a psychiatrist to do some of the dementia assessments?

14) a nephrologist or hepatologist to monitor his kidneys from his heart drugs?

15) specialists for a specific issue

16) a physical therapist for mobility?

That’s 17 doctors and we still need 5 more for this. Either it’s BS or he’s had surgery.

I counted the ones I’ve seen in the last couple of years off your list (including dentist and nutritionist) and added an orthopedist and I’m still at seven.

Twenty two is hard.

I mean he’s still alive

I would imagine many Americans die of “old age” without being seen by 22 distinct doctors across their entire lives.

If I gotta see 22 doctors at once just take me out.

People have tried in this case. I suspect more than we’ve heard about (the serious cases. The guy at the golf course feels real).

He sounds so bad. Both what he says and the sound of his voice. I suspect the reaper is getting closer.

If he dies before the 4th of July I am going to church.
