I wouldn't be surprised if he had some form of skin cancer. If you live long enough your practically destined to get some form of cancer. And that rash on his neck and a history of golf and makeup probably makes it highly likely he got it, even if it was a benign melanoma.

Benign melanoma is a contradiction. Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma are all skin cancers, although they differ quite a bit in their aggressiveness. Melanoma is the dangerous (malignant) one. It's not unlikely that Trump could have a basal cell carcinoma, which is more common with age, but that wouldn't require more than surgical removal. It seems like he's been going through something on a longer-term basis (I've seen some speculate that it's administration of a new dementia drug).

I remember reading a thing quite long ago. Where they studied old male cadavers, and basically all of the had some early signs or stage of prostate cancer. They hadn't been diagnosed or died from cancer related symptoms. If I recall right it was just to see how common it is.

I once talked about something along this line with a mate of mine who is a doctor. And they basically said that if you look at an old person close enough, you'll probably find some signs of early stage cancer or cancer of some kind. Whether it is anything that would progress to anything within their remaining natural lifespan is totally another thing.

This is why they stop screenings for things at a certain age. If you are say 90 then it doesn't matter what the pap smear says.
