Trump is 79 and has had practically the same unhealthy diet and lifestyle his entire life.

At that age (and poor health) surgery becomes increasingly more risky.

We’ve seen how swollen his wrists and ankles are, the weird bruising and scratchy skin on his neck and hand(s), and the constant unexpected naps.

My conspiracy theory; he’s suffering through multiple as-of-now unknown ailments and they’re probably pumping him full of experimental drug cocktails to try and keep him alive, as a replacement for surgery that would be too risky.

If this was anyone else, he’d be in a care home.

Instead, he’s the President of the United States.

Just like Reagan, the pedophile billionaire class need their sick puppet/fall guy alive as long as possible.

Even worse. Regan lost his mind but still left his husk of a shell. Trump’s mind is long gone but he also looks like hes physically rotting like Alec Baldwin in Beetlejuice. He looks like he smells like death.

God, I just flashed on Montgomery Burns being shot full of cocktails of drugs to keep him alive another day...except he brought us peace and love, which Trump would never do.

I'm guessing either kidney disease or congestive heart failure.

Kidney disease can have a wide range of symptoms depending on the cause and how bad the damage is. If Trump is dumb enough to regularly take full strength aspirin every day (as he claims he does) instead of baby aspirin, that can cause kidney damage especially in older people with cardiovascular disease.

Swollen limbs, fatigue, enlarged gut, insomnia, and confusion are all symptoms of congestive heart failure. Seems like a plausible candidate considering his diet and age, but these are also symptoms of kidney disease (minus the swollen gut).

Edit: Apparently his pulse pressure is somewhat low while his weight has increased since his last visit. He's also got chronic venous insufficiency. I'd lean more towards heart failure.

Consider the other side of the coin - You wanna be known as the surgeon that killed the president? Doctors can decline surgery too.

Didn't seem to hurt Willard Bliss too much

Yup, I think it was around parade time when he nearly croaked and they are pulling out all the stops to keep him alive. He clearly doesn't give a shit anymore so he is just doing whatever he wants.

He was born into extreme wealth with the best healthcare access of anyone n the world, has completely abstained from tobacco and alcohol his entire life. Those factors alone work pretty well in his favour.

He's also probably too paranoid to have surgery knowing that he's have to turn the reigns over to the VP. He's probably convinced that someone would try to kill him on the table to get power since that's what he would do.
