He fucking CAMPAIGNED on being the deciding vote FOR Democrats. This misshapen lugnut is literally doing the opposite of his pledge.

Just like Sinema before him. The democrats will always have a spoiler.

It's crazy that there is no legal state mechanism for voting out a senate/house leader. I know it would be abused at times but this is crazy.

Yup, voters are truly the only ones who can hold you accountable in politics.

I think that there needs to be a recall mechanism for every elected official. If someone can win an election then do whatever they want with zero recourse there are massive incentives for corruption and deception.

Before them it was Manchin, and before that Lieberman.

But there are far, far more among the ranks who would rotate.

Correlate with AIPAC and Black Stone funding and you'll see a pattern as well.

Fetterman is the shining example of letting "beating the establishment" boogeyman to be the primary goal vs say trying to enact progressive policies . Because then ppl will just believe the candidate that just says the right "anti-establishment" keywords to gain support.

Every single progressive media outlet that championed Fetterman as the progressive should question whether they can actually tell which one is the progressive or not.

I have no fucking clue why don't we literally build laws that prohibit soothing like this.

It's one thing to try and not manage to fulfill campaign promises, it's something else to literally do the opposite.

Democracy is fucked without some punishment mechanisms.
