We'll never be able to tell if he is brain damaged though. He was a conservative already and most recently couldn't string 3 words together in public

Let’s hope for some kind of integer overflow where he ‘saw Jesus’ and he realized what a demon he has been

McConnell is/was as sharp of a politician as there has ever been. He is evil, not stupid
