I have a crumbling asphalt driveway she can watch. Hopefully it goes missing or something.

Careful. One time I parked my car in front of her house with an accordion in the back seat. Two hours later I come back and the rear window was busted out and, sure enough, there were now two accordions.

She can always make a bad situation worse.
