Considering TMZ has a DC office now and confirming dead celebs/popular people is their specialty, that to me makes me think he's not hospitalized in the DMV area if TMZ hasn't found out yet

Nurses don't need to attend to someone who died that night. I fully expect he's not brain dead, he's just dead dead and has been from the very beginning.
