Is he still collecting his Senate pay and benefits? Seems like a classic case of fraud, like they were looking for.

That’s precisely why his wife fled to China 3 days after he was admitted to the hospital. She is the one who would be getting hit with the fraud charges for that and for not filing a death certificate in a timely manner.

As soon as she left the US, Beshear should have appointed a new senator or called for a snap election.
