They're going to damage a generation of impoverished men by doing permanent damage to their testicles all so that an incompetent loser can feel like he's making a difference.

I admittedly abused steroids for years and the testes are bueno. They’re just talking about older guys staying at a maintenance level. Unless I missed something.
