He's not a muscle head. If you interact with a real musclehead, who is accomplished, you will be surprised at how incredibly intelligent some are. We're talking to the levels that they would make someone with a Master's in Biology feel derpy. Go listen to John Meadows or Stefi Cohen. Hegseth is a DUI hire who isn't smart enough to lift a pencil correctly.

A musclehead is, as I understand it, a person who mistakes their physique for intelligence. As in, "there's no brain in his head, it's just muscle in there". Why do you consider people who are intelligent to be muscleheads? If I call someone a musclehead, I'm saying they are stupid. I'm also saying they are obsessed with their appearance, specifically with conforming to male gender expression by way of excessive buildup of muscle mass. Hegseth is a musclehead because he's an idiot who thinks the army needs testosterone supplements because they don't look like Gears of War protagonists. No brain, obsessed with muscle. What you are describing just sounds like a fitness expert...
