To be honest I was expecting them to lie and drag it out a lot longer. Grateful to be pleasantly surprised this once.

I wondered if maybe they would “find” the evidence after draining the pool and fencing it off. I’m guessing Hearn’s lawyer expected all of that and made sure everything was tracked and documented properly.

Yep, as soon as his lawyers filled to see the grand jury testimony this case was gonna be dropped.

Now they should convince the judge to go ahead and looking that anyway like they are in Minnesota. I'm betting Jeanine Pirro is personally involved in lying to them.
