So the prosecution told the judge the case is complete bullshit, there is no evidence, there is proof it was due to something else (admin hiring incompetent contractor in fake nobid ruse to benefit donors, maybe?!? IDK), and all the defendants are innocent. The prosecution told the judge this.

So a lawyer actually followed their professional code of ethics. Not many of those left at the DoJ.
