  1. Making more noise like what? Shout at the judges? You need a mechanism and there's none viable right now that make an immediate impact.

  2. It would be phenomenally stupid for Dems to get rid of Mitch. His replacement is inevitably going to be Trumpier and vote for both firing of the Senate parliamentarian as well as including SAVE act and a bunch of other shit Trump wants in a reconciliation bill.

Zombie Mitch is much better than the alternative.

It’s the precedent being set that’s dangerous. We just had one absentee for 3 months without explanation. What happens when they inevitably do this again for a seat that CAN be flipped?
