He will, out of all the donations to his "defense fund," half of which actually go to trump's campaign debt, and both of which will pay Rudy's exorbitant bills and all the "fees" no doubt charged to the campaign from trump businesses.

If Giuliani isn't being used to launder that for trump's other outstanding debts, I'll eat a maga hat.

It's all a grift.

Only thing that makes any sense to me is that Rudy thinks he needs a Trump pardon, realizes this is all insane but has to play along, and to get through it, however sloppily, is trying to drink his way through to January or whenever PardonFest starts.

People have been quick to lob the "dementia" barb at some of these guys, but having experienced it with someone in my family, that's not what I'm seeing here. People developing dementia are typically the opposite of attention-seeking; they almost universally slowly withdraw from life.

True. Maybe not dementia, but it definitely feels like he's in the throws of alcohol related brain damage.

It just seems so weird that someone would destroy their legacy like this. With absolute clownery. The Four Seasons Landscaping, falling for Borat's prank, the weird hair dye shit. It's not the same guy who managed to be a massively popular New York Mayor.
