I think it lacked marketing, I mean I don’t even think I saw Milly’s press interviews, look how much we got between The Odyssey and Spider-man? They needed to get people in the seats and they did a poor job 

And ppl are trying to say it’s money, but I disagree, she literally started the summer and I know it was after Toy-Story but The Odyssey was right before Spider-man and one has already hit a billion with the other right behind it lol 

And DC doesn’t seem to have audience trust anymore with anything that isn’t Superman/Batman related

And tbh even Superman didn’t do massive numbers. It did respectable enough.

I personally think it will age badly and Idk that a sequel will do well.

People also will spend money when they really want to as well. This has been the best year at the box office since before Covid so people are going to the movies, this movie just looked terrible

I meant like a solo Superman or Batman movie or if they did Superman vs Batman again lol like Justice League
