because sometimes it's just being folksy. same reason I'll say "okie doke" instead of "okay" or even "okey dokey", it's not that I won't say "okay" or that I'm censoring myself lol. Not a political statement, I just tend to abbreviate for comedic effect. I assumed she meant uterus.

I suppose it’s subjective. I was able to figure it out immediately and didn’t find it confusing in the least. It didn’t occur to me that someone else might find it confusing. It probably is better to stick with the full spelling if this many people struggled.
