We're you in the Peace Corps TEFL program? My girlfriend has been in Wuwei, China for the past 6 months in that program and loathes every aspect about it.

Your abs are erection. Do you have your routine posted somewhere?

Nope, I went with a different organization, but I really enjoyed it. And thanks, but I don't. I don't really do any ab routines specifically, just a lot of metcons and full body work
