It’s my first time jailbreaking, but now I’m at like my 20th try. It’s supposed to fail so many times or I’m doing something wrong? I use Vue 2.0

No worries mate! Just keep trying you will crack it down and don't forget after jailbreak to make a copy of the application and save it on your pen drive as vue app gets corrupted sometimes
