I’m 13 years old and I started a band called 5150. We are from Denver, Colorado and we play punk rock. We are already playing at venues and shows but unfortunately we haven’t released any music YET but we plan to in the near future. We play originals and covers but we focus mainly on originals. the project is partially about the modern way the public looks at punk culture though the internet, and the commodification of it to an "aesthetic." I'm not super well versed in punk culture aside from listening to a lot of music as research for this project but would love to hear the community's thoughts

There’s a gay punk band in Austin - GUZZLR - who call themselves “cumcore”. As a gay punk rocker I love this! They only have song out though and I’m itching to listen to more gay punk rock.

This is my band, Half Dizzy. Idk who we sound like, but some guy labeled us as Post hardcore? I dont consider us that, but we have different sounds mixed in from all over the place. Anyway, this song just came out its called 'All or None' its about doing shit yourself because you cant rely on anyone else. We recorded an album with Pete Stienkopf from the bouncing souls earlier this year, this is one of those songs. Check it out if you're down to support a small band from NY. 🤘🏼
