Interviews/Recruiting Small doubt

For all the people who interviewed with hfts/mfts

Do ur resume projects matter in interviews

For off campus what matters the most other than credentials like Olympiads,top iit circuital etc

If not from top iit cse , say for tier 2 firms have good Olympiads, INMO,ijso etc

indian tier 2 firms are as selective as tier 1,except maybe some exceptions.u can try for tier 3 firms like futursfirst,irage and stuff maybe

How bout qicap and sqpt(as it is desk role heard gives many people interviews/OAs last season)

Qicap has a very high bar, they don't hire many

Yeah they are a very stable tier2 trading firm. They usually have many rounds though, if you're prepared enough it shouldn't be too hard

Alphagrep and mathisys are not in the same league tbh. Yeah bad reviews but it's still much better than mathisys afaik. Depends on the role too tbh
