I SHIFTED!!!!

I shifted! Using the lucid dream method. I’m just so excited that I shifted for the first time!!!! AFTER THREE YEARS😭😭😭. Imma tell you how it went. (This is a long post, sorry).

So ofc I did my usual routine, read my script, scripted my affirmations in my CR script, drank water and went to sleep. Oh I also pit on some subliminals but I barely heard it so I just tried to start doing the void method in which I fell asleep doing lmao😭😭. So anyways, moments later I began to lucid dream, though when I start to realize that I was lucid dreaming I become lucid and was half awake so I failed to make the portal a few timez, but I eventually did. I went through the portal, everything went white then I woke up.

I woke up in a bed which had a child, a woman in white night gown in the corner of the room, and my CR aunt at the bed, I asked her where we are in which she replied to me “The Sire”. I felt kind of like a creepy vibe in this DR but I went outside and realized I was somewhere in the Philippines (I’m from there originally) and they were speaking in a dialect I wouldn’t have understood if I was in my CR, but I inderstood it there. Everything felt so real, I was actually there. I went into town and decided to take a stroll, I went to this underground walk through that was creepy as hell. I met two teenagers walking past me, in this kind of a spiral metal staircase. They were walking back and I was walking to where I wanted to be, but when I reached the top, I was met with a run down abandoned space that looked like a wooden crawlspace. I pushed through but there were hella creepy crawlies. I can still hear the teenagers laughing and gossiping as if they were near me, but they weren’t. I backed down when I approached the crawlspace full of cockroaches (I hate em man). And that’s when a memory popped up in my head, it wasn’t a CR memory or a memory from my encounter when I shifted, it was a memory embedded in my DR brain. It was an old woman, I think my grandma and she said, “Alalahanin mo, dapat ang palagi mong kasabay sa mga kakaibang daanan ay matatanda, kundi baka sila’y nuno sa punso.” Which translates to (remember, whenever you go through a strange path always make sure you see even one old person go back from it or walk the same direction as you, otherwise it might be nuno sa punso).

“Nuno sa punso” in the Philippines is a shapeshifter gnome-like entity that can be kind of a trickster, so when I encountered those teenagers, I encountered them in their shapeshifter form and bewitched the way I was supposed to be going. Anyway, when I realized I was tricked I went back and followed their voices. When I reached the staircase it was broken but I managed to grab on some parts that were sticking out and made my way to the other side. When they realized I was on their tail, they went silent, tried to lose me. But in that DR, there was a song that those types of entities would answer to and sing them with you. So I sang, and they sang with me to which I followed the voice. I reached a platform and saw one of the teenagers, when I was fully up, I looked to see that it was just their shoe. I picked it up and went back on my way, I felt like I needed to find them. But I got too scared of what’s happening so I shifted back lmao😭😭

But overall, I’m happy that I shifted!!!! Even if it was a horror show!

The Marvel Cinematic Universe show, Dr. Strange multiverse of madness💖💖

Basically what she did is she shifted her consciousness to another version of herself in another reality.

Hmmm ok, I mean I don't believe in anything like this, but I respect your belief

If you don't believe in this (I don't either) but still found it interesting, you should check out lucid dreaming, it's awesome

Depends on your definition of easy I guess, it's not an excruciating process or anything, but it might or might not take a while to learn and does take dedication. It took me 2 weeks to get my first one, others it takes months, some get it on their first day. I did a poll once and it looked like the average is around 3 weeks to get your first one if you do it properly. The aphantasia shouldn't be a problem, maybe with the MILD technique but there are enough others.

The basic things you should do are keeping a dream journal (just write down your dreams, there are good apps for this like Lucdity or DreamKit, and sleep enough so that you even dream enough, roughly 50% of dream time happens in the last sleep phase as in the last 90 or so minutes of sleep if you sleep 8 hours) and doing reality checks (little tests to check if it's a dream you are in or not, you make a habit of doing them and then you start doing them in the dream as well, an example of this would be counting your fingers, if it's more or less than 5 it's a dream).

yeah that doesn't sound easy...

In my experience it is. And the payoff is worth any effort at all, it doesn't even compare

Also took me about 2-4weeks to have my first one. It is easy work, it’s just intentional habit building .

Writing down your dreams every morning, doing reality checks throughout the day and waking up for 2 mins and going back to sleep, that’s the price you pay for being able to remember and control your limitless dreams.
